Global Trade Compliance Analyst

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Global Trade Compliance Analyst will ensure legal compliance for global trade activities, including accurate classification of export and import products and processing operational transactions in a timely manner.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and classify export (ECCN) and import (HTS, HS) classifications for client products, providing necessary duty and compliance information
• Process daily export and import transactions while monitoring queues to ensure timely completion and escalation of issues as necessary
• Review and audit transactions for accuracy and compliance with regulations, collaborating with cross-functional teams as needed

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred in Business or related field
• 1 to 3 years of experience in a global trade compliance environment
• Familiarity with US ECCN and US HTS Classification and export license determination
• Proficiency in global trade compliance processes and knowledge of automation solutions like Oracle GTM
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with the ability to work independently in a dynamic environment
