Global Trade Compliance Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting daily U.S. import and export operations, the full-time remote Global Trade Compliance Analyst will ensure compliance with U.S. Customs and Border Protection regulations while managing trade compliance data and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily U.S. import and export operational activities, including documentation review and compliance checks
• Conduct internal audits and maintain accurate trade compliance records in accordance with regulatory requirements
• Support cross-border trade activities and assist in the development of trade compliance policies and procedures

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, International Business, Finance, or a related field
• 5+ years of U.S. import and export trade compliance experience
• Strong working knowledge of U.S. Customs regulations and Export Administration Regulations (EAR)
• Proficiency in HTS, Schedule B, and ECCN classification
• Experience with ERP and trade compliance systems, preferably SAP and SAP GTS
