Job Summary
As a fully remote opportunity, the Global Business Process Owner Trade Compliance will manage the design, standardization, and continuous advancement of global trade processes, ensuring compliance and operational excellence across MedTech's systems, including GTS and SAP S/4HANA.
Key responsibilities
- Own end-to-end trade compliance business processes, implementing standardized policies and governance models
- Lead the advancement and upgrade of GTS to the latest version, driving automation and consolidation of trade tools
- Define the future-state organizational design and ensure capability adoption across global operations
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, International Business, Law, Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields; advanced degree or professional certification preferred
- 10+ years of experience in global trade compliance or international trade operations within a regulated industry
- Proven experience as a business process owner or lead on SAP GTS and/or SAP S/4 trade compliance implementations
- Deep knowledge of global trade compliance standards and customs procedures
- Strong program and change management skills with the ability to influence across various functions
