Job Summary

A company is looking for a Global Trade Compliance Account Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the client's primary point of contact for communications and account activities
  • Manage daily delivery of solutions and services per the Managed Services Program and ensure adherence to SLAs
  • Conduct audits and quality assurance to ensure high service delivery standards and client satisfaction
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree required, preferably in Business or a related field
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in corporate trade compliance, customs brokerage, or compliance consulting
  • Advanced knowledge of import and export trade compliance processes and controls
  • Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with various departments to achieve compliance objectives
  • Customs Brokers License preferred; additional professional certifications are a plus
