Global Trade Compliance Senior Manager

Job Summary

Overseeing and managing daily Trade Compliance operations, the full-time remote Global Trade Compliance Senior Manager will provide guidance to regional managers, ensure compliance with import/export regulations, and develop training programs for cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead daily operations of all export and import compliance tasks and projects
• Manage Customs brokers to facilitate efficient customs clearance processes
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant regulations

Required qualifications:

• High school diploma with 12+ years, Associate's degree with 10+ years, Bachelor's degree with 8+ years, Master's degree with 6+ years, or PhD with 2+ years of related experience in International Trade Compliance/Supply Chain Management
• Expert knowledge in Importing, Exporting, EAR Classification, OFAC, and Customs regulations
• Experience working with PGAs such as the FDA in the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry
• Extensive knowledge of duty reduction programs like Free Trade Agreements and Duty Drawback
• Strong technical knowledge of US/Canada Customs laws and regulations
