Global Trade Compliance Supervisor

Job Summary

Managing the daily operations of the global trade compliance program, the full-time Americas Global Trade Compliance Supervisor will ensure adherence to import/export regulations, liaise with Customs officials, and supervise compliance specialists, with the opportunity to work remotely or in a hybrid environment.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the Americas' imports/exports program to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations
• Manage daily import/export activities and maintain the global product dictionary
• Prepare internal Customs reports and provide training on trade topics to business units

Required qualifications

• Knowledge of U.S. and Canada Customs' import/export laws and antidumping duties
• Experience with Free Trade Agreements, including USMCA and GSP
• BA/BS with 4 to 5 years of relevant import/export operational and compliance experience
• Ability to interface with internal departments and represent the company with government agencies
• Proficient in Excel, Word, and Outlook; additional languages a plus
