Job Summary

Managing US import/export documentation and compliance, the full-time Global Trade Operations Advisor will build relationships with customs brokers, oversee KPI management, and support critical projects while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Manage US Import/Export documentation, broker instructions, and compliance processes
• Build relationships with US Customs brokers to facilitate daily imports and manage KPIs
• Document and communicate import/export job aids and support critical projects within the organization

Required qualifications

• 4-8 years of relevant experience preferred
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience preferred
• Experience with filing US Import and Export declarations, particularly for regulated exports and imports
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Experience implementing C-TPAT programs at a destination site level
