Global Trade Operations Director

Job Summary

To enhance operational performance, the remote Sr. Director or AVP of Global Trade Operations will manage the delivery of client-facing services, ensuring quality and compliance while fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement across global teams.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end operational performance of managed services accounts, ensuring high-quality production output
• Lead global teams by establishing accountability and performance standards, while implementing standardized processes and quality controls
• Translate executive priorities into operational execution, ensuring alignment across teams and successful delivery of key initiatives

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, operations, or a related field
• Minimum 10+ years of experience in operational leadership within supply chain or global trade compliance operations
• Deep expertise in global trade compliance processes and regulations, including import/export activities and classification
• Strong understanding of data privacy and security requirements
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams, including Sales, Finance, IT, and Legal
