Global Training Manager (MA or MN)

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Global Training Manager to develop and execute training programs for sales and clinical teams in the medical device industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement training programs for new hires and ongoing education
• Establish competency benchmarks and track individual progress for sales and clinical teams
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align training materials with strategic initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Life Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, nursing, or a related field
• 7+ years of experience in sales training, sales management, or clinical education within the medical device industry
• 2+ years of experience with a life science company in a matrix organization
• Advanced clinical training (RN, RT) or equivalent experience in interventional procedures is preferred
• Certifications in corporate training or adult learning methodologies are preferred
