Job Summary

A company is looking for a Global Transitions Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive excellence in lease administration transitions across new business implementations and account expansions globally
• Oversee end-to-end management of lease administration transitions and ensure seamless integration of systems
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key internal stakeholders and advocate for client satisfaction

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in lease administration, transitions management, or project management
• Deep expertise in lease administration systems, particularly CoStar
• Proven track record of managing complex, large-scale transitions across multiple regions
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Information Technology, Real Estate, or related field
• Change management certification (Prosci) or Project Management Professional (PMP) is a plus
