Global Transparency Operations Manager

Job Summary

Managing the operations of the Global Transparency Program, the full-time remote Global Transparency Operations Manager will coordinate transparency support activities, drive cross-functional collaboration, and generate data analytics to ensure compliance with global transparency requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the Global Transparency team and coordinate annual updates to documentation and training resources
• Support the execution of the Global Transparency roadmap, identifying operational risks and enhancing program capabilities
• Analyze transparency reporting data to identify trends and compliance risks, providing actionable insights to the Global Transparency Lead

Required Qualifications:

• Doctorate degree, or Master's degree with 2 years of relevant experience, or Bachelor's degree with 4 years of relevant experience, or Associate's degree with 8 years of relevant experience, or High school diploma/GED with 10 years of relevant experience
• Strong understanding of global healthcare transparency requirements and reporting processes
• Demonstrated project management and stakeholder management skills
• Experience interpreting complex datasets and identifying actionable insights
• Continuous improvement mindset focused on operational excellence
