Job Summary

A company is looking for a Global Travel & Expense Manager (Contract).

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and enforce global T&E policy across subsidiaries and educate employees on processes
  • Oversee the Travel Management Company, including escalations and program performance
  • Lead monthly T&E close activities, including accrual reporting and GL reconciliation support
Required Qualifications
  • 5-7 years of T&E, Accounting Operations, or Finance Operations experience
  • Hands-on experience in the entertainment/media industry
  • Expertise in Concur administration and experience with NetSuite & HRIS system integrations
  • Experience managing corporate card programs and global T&E processes
  • Strong analytical, operational, and compliance capabilities
