Global UX Research Specialist

Job Summary

Driving the transformation of digital experiences, the full-time Global UX Research Specialist will uncover user insights and create innovative solutions that enhance brand engagement, optimizing performance across web and mobile platforms in a remote capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Uncover deep user insights to develop intuitive solutions that enhance consumer interactions
• Lead the creation of seamless digital journeys, ensuring high performance and brand authenticity
• Communicate research findings and recommendations to cross-functional teams to inspire alignment and creativity

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in UX, User Centered Design, or related field, or equivalent work experience
• 5+ years of experience in user research, UX design, digital analytics, and A/B testing
• Proficiency in optimization and UX tools, including Figma and familiarity with HTML/CSS/JS
• Strong human-centered mindset with experience in site optimization and design strategies
• Advanced knowledge of innovative technology and UX/UI practices
