Job Summary

To support complex international pet relocations, the full-time Global Vet Support Specialist will manage veterinary documentation, ensure regulatory compliance, and collaborate with veterinary clinics and USDA officials, all while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Interpret and validate pet vaccination records and ensure compliance with destination country requirements
• Track and manage multi-stage document workflows, ensuring timely submission and accuracy of health certificates
• Provide guidance to veterinarians and pet owners on completing international health certificates and coordinate necessary treatments

Required qualifications

• Prior experience in logistics, documentation, veterinary services, or compliance roles
• Strong critical thinking skills and a continuous improvement mindset
• Ability to manage timelines and prioritize tasks effectively
• High comfort level navigating changing requirements and ambiguity
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
