Job Summary
A company is looking for a Case Manager II (Global Visa Practice) to manage clients' immigration cases and provide strategic advice on global mobility programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage clients' immigration cases from initiation to conclusion, including establishing case strategy and overseeing local advisors
- Proactively manage clients' global mobility programs and assist in client onboarding with necessary reports
- Learn and implement case workflows, develop an understanding of global mobility requirements, and serve as a subject matter expert for specific countries
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with a strong academic record
- 2-5 years of experience in global mobility or international immigration
- Excellent organization and time management skills
- Ability to prioritize multiple projects in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
- Clear and effective communication skills in a professional setting
