Job Summary
Managing clients' immigration cases from initiation to conclusion, the full-time Global Visa Case Manager will oversee case strategy, client interactions, and local advisor coordination while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Manage clients' immigration cases, ensuring adherence to service level agreements and maintaining accurate records
- Proactively oversee clients' global mobility programs, including onboarding and providing strategic advice
- Develop expertise in global mobility requirements for specific countries and assist in training junior team members
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with a strong academic record
- 2-5 years of experience in global mobility or international immigration
- Excellent organization and time management skills
- Ability to prioritize multiple projects in a high-volume environment
- Clear and effective communication skills, particularly in professional email settings
