Job Summary

Leading financial strategy and operations, the full-time salaried Global VP of FP&A will manage global financial reporting, oversee budget development, and conduct detailed analysis to drive business improvements in a remote role.

Key responsibilities

• Lead monthly and quarterly global financial reporting and analysis, including variance and profitability analysis
• Oversee the development and maintenance of the annual budget and rolling forecast models, ensuring alignment with operational and financial goals
• Conduct detailed analysis of operational drivers impacting company margins and present actionable insights to leadership

Required qualifications

• Extensive experience in financial planning and analysis, particularly in a private equity environment
• Strong background in financial modeling and budget management
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and communicate effectively with senior leadership
• Experience with financial planning processes, systems, and business intelligence solutions
• Advanced degree in finance, accounting, or a related field; CPA preferred
