Job Summary

Leading global financial reporting and analysis, the full-time Global VP of FP&A will oversee budget development, conduct operational driver analysis, and implement financial planning processes in a remote environment for a private equity-owned company.

Key responsibilities

• Lead monthly and quarterly global financial reporting, including variance and profitability analysis, and present findings to executive management and stakeholders
• Oversee the development and maintenance of the annual budget and rolling forecast models, ensuring alignment with operational and financial goals
• Conduct detailed analysis of operational drivers impacting company margins and provide actionable insights to drive business improvements

Required qualifications

• Extensive experience in financial planning and analysis within a private equity environment
• Proven track record in developing and implementing financial models and forecasting tools
• Strong background in financial reporting and variance analysis
• Experience working collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Advanced degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA preferred
