Job Summary

Leading global financial reporting and analysis, the full-time salaried Global VP of FP&A will oversee the development of annual budgets and forecasts, conduct operational analysis, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead monthly and quarterly financial reporting and analysis, presenting insights to executive management and the private equity firm
• Oversee the development and maintenance of annual budget and rolling forecast models, ensuring alignment with operational goals
• Conduct detailed analysis of operational drivers impacting company margins and present actionable insights to leadership

Required qualifications

• Proven experience in financial planning and analysis at an executive level
• Strong background in developing financial models and budgeting processes
• Experience in presenting financial insights to senior leadership and boards
• Knowledge of business intelligence solutions and financial planning systems
• Ability to lead cross-functional collaboration and process improvement initiatives
