Job Summary

A company is looking for a Global Wellness Benefits Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance and integrate benefits programs
• Drive implementation of global benefits programs and coach on legal and regulatory implications
• Design and manage complex benefits programs, ensuring compliance and supplier management

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, Social Sciences, or related field AND 5+ years of experience in HR or benefits
• OR Master's Degree in Human Resources, Business, Social Sciences, or related field AND 4+ years of experience in HR or benefits
• 3+ years of experience managing corporate wellness benefits and suppliers
• 10+ years of work experience in HR, Benefits, or related roles preferred
• Experience or education in wellness, counseling, or behavior change theory is preferred
