Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a global labor market monitoring framework to track high-growth roles and emerging skills
• Translate workforce data into executive-ready recommendations for employability priorities and partnership targeting
• Produce recurring workforce intelligence briefs to guide leadership decision-making

Required Qualifications

• 3-6 years of experience in workforce analytics, labor market intelligence, or related analytical field
• Demonstrated experience interpreting workforce or skills data and translating insights into strategic recommendations
• Proficiency with workforce intelligence platforms and data visualization tools
• Experience in operational integration and execution support
• Bachelor's Degree required
