Job Summary

To lead payroll data conversion activities for a GlobalView implementation project, the full-time contract GlobalView Payroll Lead will manage end-to-end processes, including data analysis, mapping, and validation, while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Lead payroll data conversion activities and coordinate mock conversions and testing cycles
• Analyze source payroll data from legacy systems and design conversion mapping documents
• Collaborate with vendors and business partners to ensure project deliverables are met

Required qualifications

• Strong experience with SAP Payroll and familiarity with GlobalView processes
• Proven expertise in data validation and reconciliation
• Experience in large payroll transformation projects
• Knowledge of project life cycle and implementation methodologies
• Blueprinting and design experience
