A company is looking for a GlobalView Payroll Learning Delivery Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver engaging learning on GlobalView technical and processing solutions
Develop training content by collaborating with subject matter experts and creating training plans
Facilitate learning programs and track learner progress using established learning design standards

Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience in SAP/GlobalView payroll processing
2+ years of experience in instructional design and technical training facilitation
Experience using eLearning tools and virtual classroom delivery tools
Intermediate knowledge of fundamental technical concepts related to SAP payroll and ADP products
Experience with Learning Management Systems and various facilitation techniques
