Key Responsibilities

Translate hospital mission and goals into strategic and operational policy for GME finance
Oversee budgeting, tracking, and reporting of financial arrangements for GME programs
Serve as a key advisor to hospital executives on GME finance matters and program development

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Administration, Finance, or Accounting
8+ years of experience in a healthcare finance setting
At least 3 years of experience in GME finance function
MBA/CPA preferred
Experience with Infor or SAP is a plus
