Job Summary

A company is looking for a Go Engineer for AI Training (Part Time, Freelance, Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Develop AI Training Content: Create detailed prompts and responses to guide AI learning
• Optimize AI Performance: Evaluate and rank AI responses for accuracy and contextual relevance
• Ensure Model Integrity: Test AI models for inaccuracies or biases to validate their reliability

Required Qualifications

• 1-2+ years of professional Go programming experience, ideally in backend services or APIs
• Strong understanding of Go idioms and hands-on experience with backend-style Go applications
• Experience using LLMs or AI coding assistants while programming
• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a closely related technical field
• Previous experience with AI data training or code review at scale is strongly preferred
