Go Live Engineer
Job Summary
Supporting the Western Time Zones, the full-time remote Go Live Engineer will collaborate with Partner Sales Managers to assist Microsoft Channel Partners and Managed Service Providers with account implementations, troubleshooting, and technical demos.
Key responsibilities
- Work closely with Partner Sales Managers to support technical needs of Microsoft Channel Partners and MSPs
- Assist partners with initial account implementations and collaborate on trouble tickets
- Contribute to the enhancement of tools, processes, and technical documentation
Required qualifications
- Prior experience with AVD deployments and virtualization technologies
- Familiarity with Intune, FSLogix, and Active Directory
- Experience conducting technical product demos
- Completed degree in computer science, engineering, or related discipline
- AZ-104 and AZ-140 certifications preferred
