Go-Live Project Manager

Job Summary

To support a major healthcare technology implementation, the contract Go-Live Project Manager will work remotely, leading Go-Live planning, cutover execution, and stabilization activities while collaborating closely with project stakeholders and executive leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead comprehensive Go-Live planning activities to ensure operational and technical readiness
• Design, implement, and oversee ticket triage processes and support workflows during Go-Live and stabilization periods
• Plan, facilitate, and manage daily Go-Live calls with executive leadership and project stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• Project management experience supporting large-scale healthcare technology implementations
• 5 years of experience in Epic Implementations (Go-Live/Activation/Cutover)
• Demonstrated experience leading enterprise-level Go-Live planning and execution activities
• Extensive experience managing ticket triage processes and command center operations
• Proven ability to facilitate daily executive-level Go-Live meetings in high-pressure environments
