Job Summary
Driving strategic Commercial Excellence initiatives, the full-time remote Go to Market Advisor will lead cross-functional engagement to enhance GTM capabilities, develop transformation roadmaps, and ensure effective execution of strategic priorities.
Key responsibilities
- Designs and manages strategic planning and execution rhythms, incorporating best practices and innovative approaches
- Reviews and coordinates complex corporate and GTM strategic initiatives, prioritizing and governing execution across the enterprise
- Develops transformation roadmaps and execution plans, maintaining dashboards to track initiative progress and business impact
Required qualifications
- Minimum of 6 years of relevant work experience in strategy and commercial roles, typically 10 years or more
- At least 3 years of leadership experience driving cross-functional initiatives and stakeholder alignment
- Proven ability to solve complex business problems and engage effectively with senior leaders
- Experience in advancing commercial excellence capabilities and strategy execution with measurable results
- Master's degree in Business Administration is preferred
