Job Summary
To drive revenue growth, the full-time remote Go-To-Market Director will coordinate marketing, product, and sales teams across all product lines, executing high-impact GTM strategies to accelerate pipeline growth and enhance sales effectiveness.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strategic relationships with industry associations and key partners to maximize co-marketing opportunities
- Lead the execution of GTM initiatives and marketing programs, ensuring alignment with business objectives and establishing KPIs for success measurement
- Oversee cross-functional product launch initiatives, managing the development of launch content and sales enablement materials to support product adoption
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
- 7+ years of experience in content development, product marketing, or sales enablement, preferably in a B2B SaaS or construction technology environment
- Strong project management skills with the ability to lead multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Experience managing partnerships or strategic alliances to drive co-marketing efforts
- Proficiency with CRM platforms and marketing automation tools, such as HubSpot and Salesforce
