Job Summary

A company is looking for a Go-To-Market Enablement Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement the GTM enablement strategy and program for Sales, Customer Success, and Professional Services
  • Create structured onboarding programs and continuous learning paths for GTM new hires
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on go-to-market strategy and provide necessary resources for field readiness
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in Sales Enablement, Revenue Enablement, or related fields in a SaaS environment
  • Experience in developing enablement programs from the ground up or scaling early-stage enablement
  • Strong understanding of enterprise B2B SaaS Sales and Customer Success processes
  • Experience enabling global teams across various time zones
  • Ability to simplify complex information and deliver structured training programs
