Job Summary
A company is looking for a Go-To-Market Enablement Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement the GTM enablement strategy and program for Sales, Customer Success, and Professional Services
- Create structured onboarding programs and continuous learning paths for GTM new hires
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on go-to-market strategy and provide necessary resources for field readiness
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Sales Enablement, Revenue Enablement, or related fields in a SaaS environment
- Experience in developing enablement programs from the ground up or scaling early-stage enablement
- Strong understanding of enterprise B2B SaaS Sales and Customer Success processes
- Experience enabling global teams across various time zones
- Ability to simplify complex information and deliver structured training programs
