Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree preferred
• 2+ years in enablement, training, customer success, or a client-facing SaaS role
• Experience in creating training materials or enablement content
• Familiarity with tools like CRMs, Google Workspace, and learning management systems
• Self-directed and organized, capable of managing multiple projects
