Job Summary
As the first Go-To-Market Engineer in a full-time remote position, the candidate will manage Salesforce infrastructure, design lead scoring models, and build AI-powered workflows to enhance customer acquisition and revenue growth.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the technical owner of the Salesforce environment, ensuring data integrity and workflow automation
- Design and maintain lead scoring models and attribution models to measure marketing and sales performance
- Utilize AI tools to aggregate data and automate insights, improving decision-making across the revenue team
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Go-To-Market Engineering, Revenue Operations, or Marketing Operations at a B2B SaaS company
- Hands-on experience with intent and contact intelligence platforms, preferably UserGems
- Proficiency in Salesforce, including building reports, managing objects, and implementing integrations
- Experience building marketing attribution models and analyzing performance data across various channels
- Familiarity with AI tools for data aggregation and analysis, such as Claude or ChatGPT
