Job Summary
A company is looking for a Go-To-Marketing Engineering Lead.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and optimize CRM architecture, including lifecycle stages and pipeline structure
- Build and maintain automated workflows across the funnel while ensuring data quality and reporting accuracy
- Develop dashboards and reporting for pipeline performance and support forecasting and revenue planning
Required Qualifications
- 2-5+ years of experience in RevOps, Growth Engineering, Sales Operations, or a similar role
- Strong experience with HubSpot or other CRM platforms
- Solid understanding of B2B SaaS revenue funnels
- Experience with marketing automation tools and system integrations
- SQL skills or advanced spreadsheet modeling capabilities
