Job Summary

A company is looking for a Go-To-Market Lead to oversee commercial execution and partnerships in the blockchain space.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and execute the Go-To-Market strategy from pre-launch through significant total value locked (TVL)
  • Source and negotiate strategic partnerships with DeFi protocols, exchanges, and liquidity providers
  • Lead exchange listings strategy and ensure healthy liquidity and sustainable incentives
Required Qualifications
  • 6-10+ years of experience in Web3, DeFi, or crypto capital markets
  • Proven experience in EVM ecosystems and closing strategic partnerships
  • Deep understanding of stablecoins and DeFi liquidity mechanics
  • Strong commercial judgment with the ability to assess deal viability
  • Experience launching or scaling stablecoins or yield products is a strong plus
