Job Summary
Owning the day-to-day execution of revenue systems, the full-time remote Go To Market Operations Analyst will manage Salesforce administration, build AI-native automations, and support deal desk processes to enhance operational efficiency.
Key responsibilities
- Administer Salesforce, including user provisioning, report generation, and maintaining pipeline hygiene automation
- Develop and maintain AI-native workflows using Claude Code and n8n for operational tasks and process automation
- Process deal desk requests and support quarterly commissions cycles while managing tooling administration across the Go To Market stack
Required qualifications
- 2-5 years of experience in Salesforce administration or Go To Market/Revenue Operations
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce fundamentals, including SOQL, formula fields, and validation rules
- Experience with AI and automation tools such as Claude Code, n8n, or similar
- Familiarity with HubSpot, RevOps.io, or comparable CPQ and marketing automation systems
- Self-directed with a proven track record of delivering solutions and a focus on automation
