Job Summary
To enhance customer engagement and streamline processes, the full-time Go-To-Market Operations Specialist will manage cross-functional collaborations, oversee GTM strategies, and ensure efficient communication between departments, primarily in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Facilitate cross-departmental collaboration to optimize the Go-To-Market process and improve customer experience
- Implement and manage GTM strategies, including outreach, intent signal processing, and research initiatives
- Oversee the onboarding and evaluation of GTM tools and ensure compliance with departmental standards
Required qualifications
- Experience in Go-To-Market operations or a related field
- Strong understanding of sales, marketing, and customer success processes
- Proficiency in using CRM and GTM tools, particularly Salesforce
- Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights for strategy improvement
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
