Job Summary
Proactively building relationships in the ecommerce ecosystem, the full-time Go-To-Market Specialist will engage with merchants, partners, and internal teams to drive success and share market insights while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with prospects, merchants, and partners to influence the market and drive business outcomes
- Act as the voice of the market by sharing insights with cross-functional teams to enhance responsiveness and strategic alignment
- Utilize data and tools, including AI, to optimize operations and achieve revenue and retention targets
Required qualifications
- Experience in one or more Go-To-Market functions within a B2B SaaS environment, such as Sales, Customer Success, or Partnerships
- Proven ability to thrive in a startup environment and manage outcomes in fast-paced, ambiguous situations
- Strong communication skills with a track record of building lasting relationships across various levels of an organization
- Familiarity with ecommerce, particularly within the Shopify ecosystem or post-purchase space
- Demonstrated results-driven mindset with concrete examples of achieving goals and driving successful campaigns
