- Manage user accounts, permissions, roles, and access requests across various platforms
- Provide Tier 1 support by troubleshooting user issues and collaborating with internal teams

- Experience administering multiple SaaS platforms within a Go-to-Market environment
- Proven ability to manage user provisioning, permissions, and access
- Experience creating reports, dashboards, and performing basic system configurations
