Golang Developer

Job Summary

Seeking an experienced Golang Developer to work full-time in a remote capacity, responsible for designing and building high-performance backend services, cloud-native applications, and infrastructure tooling using Go.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement performant backend services and APIs in Go, focusing on concurrency and resource management
• Build cloud-native applications using Go and Kubernetes-native libraries, ensuring ease of deployment and operation
• Lead code reviews and mentor junior engineers while maintaining comprehensive technical documentation

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline
• Five or more years of professional software engineering experience, with significant expertise in Go
• Strong understanding of Go concurrency patterns and experience building production gRPC and/or REST APIs
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes-native development and relational/key-value data stores
• Solid understanding of distributed systems and networking fundamentals
