Golang Developer

Job Summary

Seeking an experienced Golang Developer for a full-time remote position to design and build high-performance backend services, infrastructure tooling, and cloud-native applications using Go, while collaborating with cross-functional teams and mentoring junior engineers.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement performant backend services and APIs in Go, focusing on concurrency and resource management
• Build cloud-native applications utilizing Go and Kubernetes-native libraries, ensuring easy deployment and operational efficiency
• Lead code reviews, uphold engineering standards, and mentor junior and mid-level engineers to enhance team technical maturity

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline
• Five or more years of professional software engineering experience, with significant expertise in Go
• Strong understanding of Go concurrency patterns and experience building production gRPC and/or REST APIs
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes-native development and relational/key-value data stores
• Solid understanding of distributed systems and networking fundamentals
