Job Summary

Seeking a skilled Golang Developer for a full-time remote position to design and build high-performance backend services and cloud-native applications using Go, while collaborating with cross-functional teams and mentoring junior engineers.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement performant backend services and APIs in Go, focusing on concurrency and resource management
• Build cloud-native applications and develop CLI tools, Kubernetes controllers, and custom operators
• Lead code reviews, mentor junior engineers, and maintain comprehensive technical documentation

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline
• Five or more years of professional software engineering experience, with significant time in Go
• Strong understanding of Go concurrency patterns and experience building production gRPC and/or REST APIs
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes-native development and solid experience with relational and key-value data stores
• Excellent debugging and performance-engineering skills
