Golang Programming Instructor

Job Summary

To empower engineers in applying AI tools effectively, the part-time hourly Golang Programming Instructor will lead interactive live sessions, prepare practical workshop scenarios, and develop reusable training materials in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare practical workshop scenarios and training materials for Golang using AI coding tools in collaboration with the Instructional Designer
• Conduct live, interactive training sessions and workshops while reviewing and incorporating feedback from learners
• Work with the curriculum team to ensure alignment between asynchronous and live content and communicate with students during Q&A sessions

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in software engineering with strong proficiency in Golang
• Background in fintech (payments, banking, card systems, or adjacent domains)
• Hands-on experience with Cursor and/or Claude Code in real development workflows
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable, engaging learning experiences
• Fluent in spoken English, with Russian language skills preferred
