Golang Programming Instructor

Job Summary

To empower engineers in applying AI tools effectively, the part-time AI-Assisted Programming Teaching Expert (Golang) will lead interactive live sessions, develop training materials, and collaborate with the course team in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare practical workshop scenarios and training materials for Golang using AI coding tools
• Conduct live, interactive training sessions and workshops for experienced mobile developers
• Review and incorporate feedback from learners to continuously improve session design

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in software engineering with strong proficiency in Golang
• Background in fintech, such as payments or banking systems
• Hands-on experience with Cursor and/or Claude Code in real development workflows
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into engaging learning experiences
• Excellent spoken English and clear technical communication skills
