Golang Programming Instructor

Job Summary

To empower engineers in applying AI tools effectively, the part-time hourly Golang Programming Instructor will lead interactive live sessions, prepare training materials, and collaborate with the course team to enhance learning experiences in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare practical workshop scenarios and training materials for Golang using AI coding tools
• Conduct live, interactive training sessions and workshops
• Develop reusable materials such as code snippets, prompt libraries, and reference guides

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in software engineering with strong proficiency in Golang
• Background in fintech (payments, banking, or adjacent domains)
• Hands-on experience with Cursor and/or Claude Code in development workflows
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into engaging learning experiences
• Excellent spoken English and clear technical communication skills
