• Write engaging CRM and email copy for lifecycle campaigns and promotional sends
• Collaborate with strategy teams to create persuasive language based on audience insights

Qualifications

• Experience as a copywriter in an agency or brand environment with a strong portfolio of CRM/email projects
• Ability to create services-focused copy alongside campaign and advertising content
• Knowledge of triggered communication programs and customer journey strategies
• Strong collaboration skills with strategists and client stakeholders
• Preferred knowledge of golf, either as an active golfer or through experience with golf-related brands
