Job Summary

A company is looking for a Google CCaaS Architect.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the implementation of Google CCaaS voice and digital AI Self-Service solutions for large, multi-location contact centers
Interface with clients to define solution requirements and technical design
Collaborate with project team members on conversation design specifications and perform testing of developed code

Required Qualifications

8+ years of voice architecture experience overall
4+ years of experience with AI solutions
2+ years of hands-on technical experience with Google CCaaS or UJET
4-year bachelor's degree
Knowledge of Google Cloud Platform Services including IAM, Storage, and Networking
