Job Summary

Leading enterprise cloud transformation initiatives, the full-time remote Google Cloud Architect will manage application migrations to GCP, design scalable cloud architectures, and mentor engineering teams while collaborating with stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Translate complex business requirements into scalable and secure GCP reference architectures
• Lead full-scale application migrations to GCP, optimizing for cloud-native features and microservices
• Design Infrastructure as Code (IaC) pipelines and architect containerization and deployment strategies

Required qualifications

• Typically 10+ years in cloud operations/engineering and 5+ years specifically with GCP
• Deep knowledge of core GCP services like Compute Engine, GKE, Cloud SQL, BigQuery, and Anthos
• Strong preference for the Google Cloud Certified Professional Cloud Architect credential
• Proficiency in Terraform, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD tools
• Exceptional stakeholder management and executive presence
