Job Summary
Designing and leading cloud adoption initiatives, the full-time Google Cloud Architect will translate business needs into scalable, secure, and cost-effective Google Cloud solutions while working in a large-scale enterprise IT environment.
Key responsibilities
- Design and architect cloud solutions (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS) aligned with a Microservices/SOA framework and produce implementation-ready documentation
- Define and publish cloud policies, design patterns, and reference architectures for consistent solutions
- Champion cultural change and communicate cloud strategies to stakeholders at all levels to facilitate cloud adoption
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and 13 years of IT experience or 17 years of IT experience without a degree
- Active Google Cloud Platform (GCP) Certification required
- Hands-on experience designing, deploying, and scaling solutions on Google Cloud
- Ability to integrate GCP with SaaS and on-premise platforms
- Current knowledge of AI and industry trends applied to modernize software delivery practices
