Google Cloud DevOps Engineer
Job Summary
To support a large-scale operational platform, the full-time Google Cloud DevOps Engineer will build and maintain Google Cloud infrastructure, focusing on Kubernetes workloads, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud-native monitoring while working remotely on a temporary contract basis with required overlap during U.S. Eastern business hours.
Key responsibilities
- Build and configure Kubernetes workloads and Google Cloud project environments using Terraform
- Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines and environment promotion workflows on Cloud Build
- Deploy and maintain Cloud Composer environments to support orchestration needs
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience with Terraform on Google Cloud Platform
- Hands-on experience with Kubernetes (GKE and/or Helm-based deployments)
- Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines on Cloud Build
- Experience with GCP-native Cloud Monitoring and Cloud Logging
- Conversational English proficiency
