Job Summary
Leading the end-to-end delivery of Google Cloud projects for external clients, the full-time salaried Google Cloud Engineer II will manage project planning, resource allocation, and stakeholder communications while collaborating with internal teams and supporting pre-sales activities.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee project delivery, resource management, and stakeholder governance for Google Cloud Platform and Workspace offerings
- Facilitate collaboration among internal teams to align on project requirements and escalate client concerns as needed
- Lead diverse project teams and support project managers in developing detailed project plans using both Waterfall and Agile methodologies
Required qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science or a closely related field
- 24 months of experience in a similar role or related positions such as Technical Project Manager or Staff Cloud Infrastructure Engineer
- Knowledge of the Google ecosystem, particularly in Infrastructure Modernization, Data Engineering, and Application Development
- Experience managing project budgets and client payment schedules
- Ability to obtain certification as a Google Cloud Certified Professional Cloud Database Engineer
